Terms and Conditions Agreement


1. Account Creation:

By opening an account with Express Master Limited, customers are considered to have read and agreed to our terms and conditions. We recommend that account holders regularly review these terms to stay informed of any updates. After completing registration, customers will receive our U.S.A. mailing address and a unique mailbox number for shipping purposes.

2. Use of shipping address:

Customers must ensure that their shipping address is complete, as using an incorrect address may result in additional charges or misdelivery. It is also the customer’s responsibility to ensure that items are properly packaged by the merchant to avoid damage and ensure safe delivery.

3. Declaration of shipment contents:

Customers shipping with Express Master Limited are required to declare the contents of their shipments. If you disagree with this policy, we recommend exploring other shipping options.

For shipments valued at $100.00USD or more, customers must notify us once the package arrives at our warehouse before shipping.

4. Facilitator notice:

Express Master Limited does not engage in the trading of goods and operates solely as a facilitator. We are not responsible for losses related to incorrect purchases, items not performing as described, or discrepancies between item performance and the seller’s description.

5. Packaging responsibility and dispute notice:

The shipper or merchant is solely responsible for proper packaging. Express Master Limited is not liable for damage to fragile or improperly packaged items. All claims regarding packaging or damage must be addressed directly with the seller, as we will not mediate or participate in disputes.

6. Claim and settlement policy:

Express Master Limited’s total liability is limited to $50.00USD for uninsured shipments. For coverage exceeding this amount, customers must arrange third-party insurance. If additional coverage is required, please contact us before placing your order.

7. Liability disclaimer:

Express Master Limited is not responsible for items damaged by external parties, such as online retailers or Jamaican customs officials. We are only liable for items that are damaged or lost while under our control. All invoices and relevant shipping documentation must be provided before packages arrive in Jamaica.

8. Liability Notice:

Express Master Limited is not liable for any loss or damage to goods, mail, or shipments before they enter our network.

9. Liability for Lost or Misdelivered Items:

We are not responsible for lost cash, misdelivered items, or stolen goods before they enter our facility.

10. Liability and Settlement Notice:

In the event that Express Master Limited is found liable for a loss, the maximum settlement for uninsured shipments is capped at $50.00USD

11. Incorrect Address or Unknown Packages:

Unknown packages are shipments missing the required courier code in the address. To prevent this, ensure all address details, including the courier code (e.g., MB1112 or EM2222) and assigned number, are correctly provided. Packages without this information will be classified as “Wrong Address,” and we will not be liable for misplaced or lost items.

Notice:

The documents of terms and condition including our policy are a legally binding document. If for some reason one part of this document becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts of it remain in place. By using our services, you signify that you agree to be bound by all terms and condition and our company's policy. We reserve the right to make changes to this agreement at any time and may provide you with a prior notice.
