Our Policy
Unclaimed Packages:
-
If a package remains in storage for more than 10 days without being
claimed, it will be considered unclaimed and may be auctioned.
-
If a claimed package is not collected within a month, it will be
auctioned to recover costs, including freight charges and local
clearance fees.
Storage fees:
The storage fees will apply after 5 days on:
-
Small Packages: $200 JMD per day
-
Single Packages (e.g., boxes): $350 JMD per day
-
Note: Storage fees will be charged daily, including holidays.
Identification Process:
Packages with incorrect, incomplete, or missing details may be refused or
discarded by the warehouse. If a package lacks the courier code and assigned
number, an investigation will be required. To assist, you must provide:
-
Proof of delivery
-
Tracking number
-
Name on the package
-
Delivery date
If the package is found, a $350 fee will apply for retrieval and shipment in
the next cycle. If not located, the warehouse and company are not responsible
for refunds.
How discounts are treated:
When it comes to customs clearance, it’s important to understand how discounts
are recognized by the Jamaica Customs Agency. Only general discounts offered by
merchants are accepted. Gift cards and personal points earned through reward or
loyalty programs are not considered discounts; instead, they are treated as a
form of payment towards the order.
For example, if you use a 15% off code for orders over $59 from Shein, the
Jamaica Customs Agency will recognize this as a valid discount. However,
specific Shein codes or personal points earned through their loyalty program
will not be recognized as discounts for customs purposes.
Our Rates:
We offer some of the lowest rates available! Please note that freight rates
and other fees may change without prior notice. Express Master Limited is
not responsible for customers who do not read or overlook this advisory.
Additionally, a processing fee will be applied to all shipments, and a
handling fee will apply to packages weighing 15 lbs and above.

All customers using Express Master Limited
