If you have multiple packages available for pickup or delivery, are you required to pay for all of them at once?
If you have multiple packages ready for pickup, you must first collect the initial set of available packages before the remaining ones can be released. This ensures an organized and efficient pickup process.

Can we ship packages using share account?
For security reasons, we do not accept packages shipped without the registered name and correct mailbox number. Each person is required to have their own shipping address. Signing up for our service is free, and your assigned mailbox number should remain confidential. All packages must match the registered name, and a valid government ID is required for pickup. Please note that failing to register, using an incorrect shipping address, or using another person’s mailbox number will result in an administrative fee of $1,500 JMD (subject to change).

How long does it take for my package to reach Jamaica?
Once your package arrives at our Miami warehouse and is logged into our system, it normally takes 3 to 5 business days to reach Jamaica and clear customs. We ship by air two to three times a week, typically on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, though these days may vary. If there are any delays, we will notify our customers without delay.

Why does my package appear to be open when I received it?
All packages arriving through Jamaica Customs are opened and inspected by a customs officer to ensure the contents match the invoice. After inspection, they are resealed with cello tape.
